Trained in the Bay Area with 13 years of experience crafting memorable fare. His personal passion for Latin-fushion dishes is evident in the subtle complexities and yum! of your soon to be favorites such as the Duck Flautas.  Try his newest spin on surf 'n turf with Chimi Churi sauce or go with the incredible Hawaiian Poke everyone talks about!  Somehow Josh makes California Cuisine local and global!
